Practicing gratitude can be a lifeline, especially when feeling a little off. This last month has been full of disappointments and frustrating struggles. It might not be as BIG as the recent disasters others in the United States are facing, but I’ve been feeling a bit low nonetheless.

It is a good thing that I signed up to participate in the 30-Day Gratitude Challenge with my friend Kerry. As I wrote my post, scheduled to post on November 10th, on How to Homeschool My Child, I was reminded about how much “practicing” gratitude can do for us.

It’s a word study on “eucharisteo”, the Greek word for thanks. There are a few questions about eucharisteo in the beginning and then a chart for all the verses where this word is used in the New Testament.

Each person in your family should have their own printable. Choose a time each day to let your kids write what they are thankful for that day.
